Querim Beach

Querim Beach – Keri to the locals – is one of the less frequented beaches in North Goa, perhaps due to the lack of accommodation for tourists in and around the village. The sand is clean and the atmosphere tranquil, making this a splendid place to spend a couple of hours after the ‘hike’ up to Tiracol Fort. Tip: There are shacks that serve delicious seafood on the beach but, if it’s raining, give this spot a miss. If it’s not raining, you can spend a couple of languid hours on the pine-covered shore but do not venture into the rough sea during the monsoon.
